Her primary treatment approach focuses on helping adults/children using best practice empirically supported treatments to find a unique set of tools for effective coping skills for the stressors they are experiencing. She offers telehealth services that are secure HIPAA compliant. Telehealth offers extra privacy in urban/rural areas and throughout California Dr. Hovsepian began her career in medicine which provided a greater understanding of the mind/body relationship. She developed a passion for understanding the brain-behavior connection. Dr. Hovsepian works closely with individuals and families to generalize coping skills and accommodations that help regardless of the environment.
